How can I learn not to care what other people think of me?
I noticed that I care too much about what people think of me in various situations. I need to stop caring what others think of me in order to be really free. I read the Wikihow page about this, but I need something more substantial than that.
I am looking for books, videos, and audio CDs that deal specifically with this issue.
What do you recommend I study to learn how not to care about what other people think of me?
“Not caring what others think” is a negative way of viewing the issue. Think instead about self-esteem, belief in yourself, and courage.
